Put a document’s pages back in the right order, remove the extra ones and straighten the upside-down ones by dragging thumbnails. You can even combine pages from several PDFs into a single file.
How it works
- Select one or more PDFs.
- Drag the thumbnails to change the order, rotate or delete pages.
- Click “Save PDF”.
Frequently asked questions
Can I mix pages from several PDFs?
Yes: add more files with “+ Add”, their pages appear in the same grid and you can interleave them freely.
Can a deleted page be recovered?
Yes, as long as you haven’t saved: click ↩ under the page to restore it.
How do I reorder a document scanned in reverse?
Click “⇅ Reverse order” to flip the whole stack, and “↻ Rotate all” if the pages are also upside down.
Can I organize a PDF on my phone?
Yes, in your phone’s or tablet’s browser. The ◀ ▶ buttons under each page let you move pages without drag and drop.
Does page quality change?
No. Pages are copied as they are: only their order and orientation change.
Are my files uploaded to a server?
No. Everything happens in your browser: your documents never leave your device.
My password-protected PDF won’t display. What can I do?
First remove the protection with the “Unlock PDF” tool (you need to know the password), then open it in “Organize PDF”.
All your pages as thumbnails
Once the PDF is open, each page appears in a grid with its number in the new document. Drag a thumbnail to move it elsewhere, or use the buttons under each page:
- ◀ ▶: move the page one position back or forward.
- ↺ ↻: rotate the page left or right.
- ✕: delete the page, ↩: restore it as long as you haven’t saved.
The bar above the grid shows how many pages are kept and deleted, and offers “↻ Rotate all”, “⇅ Reverse order” and “Start over”.
Combine pages from several PDFs
Add more files with “+ Add”: their pages join the same grid, and each thumbnail shows its original file and page. This lets you insert an appendix in the middle of a report, interleave the front and back pages of two scans, or keep just a few pages from each document. Then click “Save PDF” to get a single file.
Practical cases
- A document scanned out of order or upside down: “⇅ Reverse order” fixes a stack scanned back to front in one click.
- A presentation with unnecessary slides to remove before sending it.
- A file to rebuild from several PDFs received separately.
On a touchscreen, the buttons under each thumbnail are often more convenient than drag and drop.
Which tool should you choose?
“Organize PDF” is the most visual tool. For a long document where you already know the page numbers, “Delete pages”, “Extract pages” or “Rotate PDF” are faster. To simply put files end to end, “Merge PDF” is all you need. In every case, processing happens in your browser and your documents don’t leave your device.
